We maintain a call center with over 150 native speaking volunteers. As the refugee crisis extends, our call-center operators and volunteering teams who are providing help to the refugees in Germany need more support. We need your help to reimburse these call-center operators and other volunteers.

As we are growing, and producing more impact, we need to professionalize our processes, our team, and our solution in order to scale fast and efficiently. Our goal is to complement and extend existing workflows, not to replace or compete with them.
